We specialise in carrying out translations for the business community and government. These include user guides and instruction manuals, technical and other documentation, legal documents, product information, reports, commercial and promotional texts, and websites. We have a wide range of expertise in many different fields and in various language combinations. Service and quality are central to our approach. We do everything we can to safeguard the high quality of our translations. For example, we create translation databases for each of our clients. This is one of the reasons that the translations we do are highly consistent with respect to language use and the use of technical or other professional jargon. Moreover, all our translations are carried out by experienced native speakers. In addition to this, a revisor with expert knowledge of the source and target languages carries out an extra quality control check on the translation before delivery to the client.

Lisette CoolenOwner

Lisette attended the University of Leuven (KUL, KVH Division, Antwerp), where she completed her studies in Dutch, French and Spanish. After university, she immediately started working at Flow Languages, which she now owns. Lisette is the contact person within Flow Languages and is actively involved in both acquisition and daily operations.

Boudewijn GoossensSenior Project Manager and Quality Manager

Boudewijn studied Italian Language and Literature at Utrecht University. He now works as Senior Project Manager at Flow Languages. He is responsible for client contact, supervises the quality processes, and is the contact person for questions about invoicing and other issues.

Eva GeertsProject Manager and Copywriter

Eva completed her BA in Communication and Information Sciences at Tilburg University. She went on to specialise in the field of Text and Communication during a Double Master’s Degree course at the University of Amsterdam. Having completed her studies, she joined Flow Languages where she writes Dutch texts and is also Project Manager.
